Masataka is an experienced entrepreneur with a career spanning technology, design, and branding success. In addition to serving as CEO of noco-noco, Masataka sits on the Board of Directors for 3DOM Alliance, overseeing the global expansion and R&D growth strategies for both companies. Prior to this, he was the Creative Director and Representative Director of a Japanese fashion brand where he successfully led its entry into international markets. Masataka graduated from the American Intercontinental University in London.

Darren Ng
Chief Financial Officer (CFO), noco-noco Inc.
Darren joined noco-noco in September 2023 with over two decades of regional and global leadership experience across Fintech, Private Equity, and international banks including DBS, HSBC, Standard Chartered, and OCBC. He also brings hands-on start-up experience as the C-suite executive for Asia operations at a leading global Web3 fintech company. Darren holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and is an alumnus of the OCBC-INSEAD Flagship Executive Leadership Program.
Koji Ito
Chief Product Officer (CPO), noco-noco Inc.

Koji Ito joined noco-noco Inc. as Chief Product Officer, from August 1, 2024. As Chief Product Officer, he will oversee the planning and marketing of products to ensure consistent progress in the commercialization of such products. He started his career at Toyota Motor Corporation, where he worked in plant engineering. After starting up an IT business and working for a consulting firm in the manufacturing industry, he joined Future Science Research Inc., an affiliate of 3DOM Alliance, Inc. and headed the Business Strategy Office as Executive Officer.  He became a director of the affiliated company Tesnology Corporation and a director of BINEX Corporation.  He holds a master's degree from the Graduate School of Engineering, Kyoto University.

Yuta Akakuma
Head of Business Development, noco-noco Inc.

Yuta started his career as a representative office head of a Japanese trading company in Thailand before going on to join the Boards of several top tier multinational automotive parts manufacturers, a Thai-originated conglomerate, and his own startup ventures. Prior to joining noco-noco, he was responsible for business development in the automotive industry, growing strategic partnerships for automotive OEM and its key tier 1 suppliers. Yuta holds a degree in Environmental and Information Studies from Keio University in Japan.
